Residential Community Development

In the 1970s, 80s, and 90s our development projects included the residential community of Shady Oaks Estates, which is located at 108th and South Louisville Avenue in South Tulsa. Quick to follow was Shady Oaks Estates II at the corner of 101st and Louisville.

Cedar Ridge Village residential subdivision was developed just north of 101st and Mingo, which included working with the City of Tulsa for land dedication and development of Bobby Riggs Park.

Retail Shopping Development

Cedar Ridge Village Shopping center was developed on the northwest corner of 101st and Mingo in 1994 and we have continued to develop this rapidly expanding area of Tulsa commercial real estate. Our South Tulsa growth continues to surround this vibrant retail development.

Convenience Store, Gas Station, and Carwash Development

Over the past four decades, Arkansas Valley has been involved in the purchase, remodel or ground up development of over 100 commercial properties in Tulsa, Oklahoma and Missouri.
