Arkansas Valley Properties was founded in 1971. Our roots run deep in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area. We are a small company with over four decades of commercial development, management, and leasing experience. We provide many services including: leveraged design, architectural design, general contractor services, amongst other things. Our portfolio is consistently growing to expand the commercial property services we are able to provide. We have managed or owned more than 135 parcels of real estate consisting of raw land, residential subdivision acreages, convenience stores, car washes, gas stations, single family residential areas, retail shopping, residential rental, and executive office space in Oklahoma and Missouri.
